Live_in_caregiver is also an occupation which needs others' respect.Official rate $9.25 per hour,legally.
Anyone who could find a canadian employer will never work for a Chinese employer.As they ask the nanny to work for more than 12 hours a day ,6/7 days a week,but you only pay for $1000 per month---(12*6*4.3=309 hours per month,$1000/309=$3.2 per hour).Is there anybody work happily for $3.2 per hour?Unfornately,most of the Chinese employer did.
