美国白宫周三（11月12日）表示，总统特朗普（Donald Trump，又译川普）承诺利用其征收的关税为政府国库带来的收入，向美国人提供2000美元。
白宫发言人莱维特（Karoline Leavitt）告诉记者，特朗普团队正研究如何将这一计划变为现实。
