If the items in the menu are not the same as the store's name suggest, you know there is something wrong. Either it has another owner or the chef cannot cook what the restaurant should offer.
A lot of restaurants offer Cantonese style duck and call it Peking duck. By the way, 干煸牛肉丝 is not a Cantonese dish. You will have hard time to find it in Hong Kong or other Cantonese place.
I have been this place for several times; but only last time, (about a year ago) I found
that the bill already included the tips but no one mentioned it. I paid the bill and added 10% more for tips. After I got my receipt, I realized I double tipped them.
Not worth it...

20% tip is not the big deal.
Your intentional 10% is a little bit smaller, basically means you don't like their service at all.
