Hi, all insurance companies have the person who is handling the complains, we call Ombudsman. you have the right to talk to Ombudsman. if you do not have the phone#, just call company's general line and ask receptionist to transfer your call to that Department. hope this info can help all of our insureds.

I don't think this is real. since she has committed her faulty in front of the cop. why ended up with 50/50. her commitment even verbally still could uses as a strong evident that self-explains everything.
