The wife of a Canadian human rights activist says Ottawa should expel the Chinese ambassador in reaction to China's sentence of her husband to life in prison.
Kamila Telendibaeva said she was sad, disappointed and angry after learning her husband, Huseyin Celil, was found guilty of taking part in terrorist activities. She said Ottawa should take action against the Chinese government.
"You know first of all kick them out, kick them out — Chinese ambassador — and if they don't recognize again his citizenship, if they don't listen to Canadian government, if they don't deal with the Canadian government in that case, close the door to China," she said.
LOL, I almost laugh to death.

既然加拿大要求把具有“加拿大国籍”的江玉山送回加拿大，那么具有中国国籍的高山和赖昌星呢？！是不是也应该同等的送还给中国？！既然高山和赖昌星在加拿大也正不停的享受着加拿大司法程序带来的长期拖延甚至永久赖下去的便利，为什么江玉山就不能也“享受”一下中国政府给他的“永久赖下去”的待遇？！从这种不平等的国际交往现象来看：中国的确需要继续保持目前这种高速发展和强大的趋势，否则还会退回到一百多年前被西方国家任意支配的地位。

The whole procedure is somewhat very familiar because it is so "Chinese" way of thinking.
It has nothing to do with whether Celil is guilty or not. It’s about whether Chinese government observes the international law and consul agreement.
Even if Cecil got his citizenship by supplying the false documents, he is still a CANADIAN CITIZEN. Canada government could deprive his citizenship later by further investigation. But right now, it doesn’t hurt to allow him to have the consul assistance from Canadian government. This is a question of whether you respect another country. I don’t understand why Chinese government chose such a stupid and secretive way to handle a sentence of a "terrorist" like this.
This is to give the world a wrong message that Chinese government has no evidence at all and sentences a foreign citizen without an open and fair legal procedure, and in another word, China is a country with no human rights and no respect to law. (We came from there and we know unfortunately it is although it improves a lot in the recent years.)
No matter whether he is Chinese or not, the applicable law shall be Chinese. That means, Celil can enjoy his consul assistance, but it doesn't prevent Chinese court from sentencing him, even a death penalty. Originally Chinese government could have used this case to humiliate Canada government's distorted immigration policy which protects a lot of criminals, even those they, and their closest Ally, are afraid the most, - terrorists. But because of Chinese government's Red Guard’s behavior and thinking, China's image is once again, blackened to the world, by those unprofessional and witless officials.
