They would stop your services, and report to credit bureau.
Do what I did: complain all the way to CRTC. They would credit the 加价部分, and pay you more like two months free services 🙂

回复 Tiger1st:1) document when you join the plan; if the rep says price guarantee, write it down along with time of the call and rep's name;
2) when you get a price increase notice, send a complaint to a super and tell him you were told the price was guaranteed for 2(3) years; he would tell you the contract gives them the right for any price increase (and trust me, they do); then let him know that information was not disclosed when you join the program. Make this an information disclosure case.
3) you may get the the majority of the price increase back; if you are not happy whith the offer, do not back off. Let him know you will go all the way to CRTC unless you get the full money back and if you do go to CRTC, you would ask for penalty.
4) in my case, I did go to CRTC and I did get more back than the price increase.
