Suggest to donate to this Chinese couple for the law suit. Everyone even donates $1.00, considering a large population of Chinese people in Toronto, it would be very helpful!
This action is for the whold Chinese Society. I came from China, do not like many HK individuals because they were so mean to us. However, I support this couple.

I surely agree with you. Your English is very good so you can go to some English website to see comments about this news - they are very mean to Chinese and target this couple. The selectively ignore the evidences which are favourable to this couple meanwhile not favors to the nanny. They tried their best to turn the couple to criminals - this goal is set at first and all the rest of the work is only to search something to support their goal. Justice is ignored in this case!
The couple shoud sue the nanny and police! It is really not fair!!!

不仅仅是政治地位低下，实际上是被当成了靶子，恶意无限上纲。昨天在yahoo网站上我一人舌战所有其他西人（英文发言），那些人完全忽视辩方的陈词，完全忽视菲律宾保姆前后矛盾的供词，故意回避她不和常理和逻辑的指控 - 她呆在柯家不是一日，一月，一年，而是很多年，如果她受到abuse的话，why, why didn't she report long time ago? She could go outside to look for job, she could contact her mother and kids in Philipine, she could not call police here in Canada? Why chose the day just before she was to be sent back to Hongkong? She has stayed in 柯耀昆' house for about 1 year without paying rent, which couple could be so nice? 恶意中伤华人，无限上纲，不把这对无辜的夫妇推上罪犯席誓不罢休，这里最大的因素就是他们是华人！一些西人觉得可以以此张扬他们的英雄气概，一些菲律宾人觉得他们比中国人更靠近西方人，网上甚至有人（网名Donna) 说什么中国女人嫉妒菲律宾女人因为后者有部分白人血统（如西班牙什么的）。
我希望这对夫妇寻求华人社区，和华人议员的帮助，绝对不能就此吞下莫须有的罪名。希望在加拿大的华人能够帮助他们洗清罪名，同时还要反诉菲律宾女骗子的恶行，不如此，华人的前路会无比坎坷，不仅白人觉得高你一头，甚至白人的前奴隶印度人，菲律宾人等也觉得高你半头，把法律当作道具，拉大旗当虎皮，为所欲为。这不仅是为我们自己，更是为了华人的下一代。如果柯耀昆夫妇真的是虐待了保姆，那即使作为华人，我们也不条件支持用加拿大的法律来惩戒这种不符合21世纪价值观和法律的行为，但是，事实是，他们被诬陷的可能性更大，我个人感觉，如果51上的报道是真实的话，他们被利用诬陷了。
