Bank, government, layers and people who self- employed as selling the house. The problem is the house which sold as $650, 000 is not good enough to be worth $650, 000!

Did anybody read newspaper? It's said 成交量 is not true because 经纪 promote the house in different place/ways, once 1 house was sold, it will count some many time as it's promoted in many place and count on each place, then in total.
So, sometimes, one house sold, it may count as 10 -20 house sold!! HAHA, this is a good way to cheat the public, they are so smart. This is the way to push the public believe house price will keep increasing and buy it even they don't have enough money!
I think the house price in GTA is only for the doctors, after tax, nobody except doctors can afford it. Even drop by 20% and it's only go back to 1-2 years ago as every year increases around 7-10%. Right?
