流浪汉刺死中国留学生 美法院为何判无罪释放
今年4月26日，纽约一家网吧，1范姓中国留学生遭韩裔流浪汉Kim刺死。当时几名中国留学生为玩LOL，要求Kim换座位，遭拒后殴打了Kim，他拿出一把刀刺向了范。Kim律师称他是在正当防卫。大陪审团裁决对Kim不予起诉。
Queens grand jury clears man, 51, in fatal stabbing of teen
Paul Kim, 51, was arrested for knifing Yangpu Fan, 19, after a fight over a computer inside the K&D Internet Cafe on Union St. in Flushing on April 26, police said.
The brawl began when Kim refused to move to another machine for a group of teenagers playing the online game, League of Legends.
