近日，温哥华政府批准在西35街2109号（2109 West 35th Avenue)新建一栋“可负担住房”(Affordable Rental Project)。令人吃惊的是7月10日温哥华政府发布的报告上，这栋廉租公寓楼的价格却高的吓人。3卧室单元租金每月$3,702， 单卧室租金每月$1,903。
It is why many seniors are homeless. They were tax payers when they were young. Currently, even working people there have to work in day time but sleep in tent in a homeless park ground. Be aware that so many refugees may take our living place away when we are getting old.
