电影欣赏： Forever Young 天荒情未了

Forever Young是1992年Mel Gibson主演的电影。这部电影剧情很老土，但是剧本不错，因此还是满感动人。每次电视上重播，都会忍不住再看一次。(如果你想找片子来看，最好不要看下面的剧情介绍。)

剧情是说1939年一个飞行师丹尼尔Daniel，因为女朋友Helen车祸受伤，昏迷不醒。他很伤心。正好他的朋友，一个军中的科学家，实验及研制了一个将人体冰冻冻的机器，他主动要求将自己冰冻一年，以免见到女友死去。他说，如果女友醒来，就叫醒我。

没想到，在他冰冻时期，整个计划被取消了。电影去到1992年，也就是半个多世纪后，两个小孩到一个军营的大仓库玩，见到一个巨大的金属壳，以为是潜水艇，就打开了，因此发现了冰冻的丹尼尔。他们吓坏了，但丹尼尔此时穿的是1939年的飞行装，他在两个孩子帮助下，到其中一个孩子(著名的童星Elijah Wood)家里，换了大人衣服，又住在他家后院的树上小屋tree house里。

这期间，他到原来的军队去，没人相信他的话。因为当时的计划是完全机密，没有一个人知道。他认识了那男孩的妈妈Claire，她是个护士，心地很好，但有一个虐待她的前男友。她让丹尼尔住在她的屋子里，还帮助他寻找以前的朋友，看是否能帮他找到原来的研究计划，以阻止他快速苍老，不过他还是免不了急速苍老中。但是发现以前的科学家及整个小组的人都不在了。不过意外的，他发现自己当时的女友Helen并没有死。于是他想方设法找到Helen，这时两人都是白发苍苍的老人了。

我看这部电影有一个特殊的感触。因为电影选择发生在1939年，那是荷里活的黄金时代，也是美国的黄金时代，乱世佳人Gone with the Wind，绿野仙踪The Wizard of Oz，Mr. Smith Goes to Washington华府风云，驿马车Stagecoach，等十几部经典电影都是在那一年拍的。电影对白非常的低调，不像多数现代电影那样煽情，两人一见面就脱衣上床。我最记得，当他面对对他有好感的护士时，他记得自己的身份不为所动，但此时收音机跳出来他那时代的一首歌：Billie Holiday的The very thought of you。那美妙的歌声让你不能不即时流下泪来。想想在那环境下听这首歌吧。(后附歌词)

Billie Holiday的歌声无人能比，到今天还有很多歌星仿傚她的声音及唱法。这首歌在1934年推出，所以在1939年肯定是一首流行歌，Forever Young电影中用这首歌非常适当。

另外也使我想到另一首同名歌曲，就是德国合唱团Aphaville在1984年推出的Forever Young。我很意外，歌词写的非常的好，一些不像通俗歌曲那样无稽。而且非常好听。如果你对着歌词听，一定会感动：
