15岁男童袭击79岁老妇被捕
6月3日早上Oakville一名79岁老妇在家中被一名15岁男童袭击至重伤。警方说老妇家在Melvin Avenue，警方到场后将老人送往医院医治，随后逮捕了涉嫌袭击老妇的15岁疑犯，警方目前正在调查此案。

Canada should have a new law. If teens commit a criminal, the parents should be responsible to pay the loss and be charged. They can not only take child benefits but not educate their kids. With high child benefit money, some parents do not want to work. They give more birth of children because child benefit is not taxiable. These children will become cirminals in future.
