FREE LEGAL CLINIC at PMC

Get free one-on-one legal consultation with a lawyer from SALCO in the following areas:

• IMMIGRATION (no letters of invitation, no refugee claims – for refugee matters) 
• SMALL CLAIMS COURT MATTER 
• HOUSING LAW FOR TENANTS (no real estate law and no support for landlords) 
• OW, ODSP, CPP AND OAS APPLICATIONS 
• VICTIM QUICK RESPONSE PROGRAM APPLICATIONS 
• HUMAN RIGHTS & FAMILY LAW 
•  

Plus:

• Assistance in completing Housing Support Forms, Verification Letters, Referral Housing Supports 
• Gender-Based Violence – including support for victims of forced marriage, human trafficking, intimate partner/domestic violence and elder abuse 
• Employment Standards, wrongful dismissal, and employment insurance. (Brief advice in WSIB, and if you are unionized, we can only provide referrals)
