加籍维吾尔人玉山江判刑加中关系降温?
加拿大籍维吾尔族活动人士侯赛因·塞利尔被中国以分裂国家罪判处无期徒刑。中国外交部星期四表示，乌鲁木齐市法院在受理本案的时候依法保障了被告人的诉讼权利。加拿大外交部星期四表示，正在研究相关判决。加拿大外交部长彼得麦凯将在4月29号访问中国，塞利尔的案件将是他跟中方讨论的议题之一。
持加拿大护照的维吾尔人侯赛因·塞利尔在新疆出生，后来逃离中国，在联合国的协助下获得加拿大政府给予的政治庇护，2005年成为加拿大公民。去年3月，塞利尔到乌兹别克斯坦旅游并且拜访岳父母，被当地警察带走，去年6月下旬被乌兹别克斯坦政府送到中国。
中国外交部称保障了被告人权利
中国官方在提到侯赛因·塞利尔的时候用的是“玉山江”这个译名。中国外交部发言人刘建超星期四在例行记者会上表示，乌鲁木齐市中级人民法院对玉山江一案进行一审公开宣判，以分裂国家罪判处玉山江无期徒刑，剥夺政治权利终身；以组织、领导、参加恐怖组织罪判处有期徒刑10年，最后决定执行无期徒刑，剥夺政治权利终身。中国外交部称，乌鲁木齐市法院在受理此案时依法保障了被告人的诉讼权利。
加拿大外交部一位发言人星期四告诉美国之音，正在研究法院的判决，加拿大政府会透过适当管道做出回应。加拿大政府跟塞利尔的家属保持联系。加拿大外交部长彼得麦凯将在4月29号到5月1号访问中国，将跟北京官员讨论包括塞利尔案件在内的一系列议题。
中国外交部发言人刘建超还表示，中方多次就玉山江一案向加拿大表明立场，加方对该案的事实和中方的立场十分清楚，希望加方不要在此问题上干涉中国内政，也希望中加关系不会受此影响。
加官员：对塞利尔及家属很大打击
加拿大驻北京大使馆一位未透露身份的官员表示，这项判决对塞利尔以及他的家属来说是个很大的打击。
塞利尔的太太卡米拉·塞利尔已经知道判决结果，但是没有接听外界的电话。一位跟她保持联系的人士说，塞利尔的太太对这个判决结果感到非常难过与遗憾。
卡米拉·塞利尔早先接受美国之音专访的时候说：“事情这么发展实在非常糟糕。塞利尔被带到中国，中国并不太回应加拿大政府的要求，事情非常糟糕。”
新疆乌鲁木齐法院一位接电话的人表示，无法评论这个消息。
迪里夏提：违反国际惯例
总部设在德国的世界维吾尔代表大会发言人迪里夏提星期四对这个判决结果表示遗憾。他说：“中国这样做违反国际惯例，因为他是加拿大公民，中国应该把他送回加拿大。此外，中国内部规定，任何中国公民如果离境5年以上，并且跟国内没有联系，就自动吊销公民的身份，中国这么判决的原因是在当地制造一种恐惧感。”
有分析说，在中国与加拿大在能否引渡赖昌星和高山的分歧未解决之时，塞利尔的案件再次表明加拿大的国内政治左右了国际关系，为赖昌星和高山的引渡纠纷增添更多不确定的因素。
一位中国网民在自己的博客中引述观察人士的话说，这起本来应该属于刑事调查、领事级别协调领域的案件现在却成为一起政治外交事件，让本来已经处于霜冻期的中加关系，再度降温。
中国媒体对玉山江案的细节披露不多，但是加拿大媒体进行了大幅报导。加拿大环球邮报曾以两个整版的篇幅加以报导。

第九条 定居外国的中国公民，自愿加入或取得外国国籍的，即自动丧失中国国籍。

如果把这条去掉，说玉江山是中国公民，加拿大就无话可说。
不管哪国人，只要不是外交官，哪儿犯罪哪儿受审，天经地义 🙂

这下赖昌星,高山更难被遣返了,中国政府这样做给加拿大政府包庇这二人找到了借口,得不偿失.
您的意思是中国妥协就能换得两人得遣返？我看西方人得逻辑不是这样的 😜

Kamila Telendibaeva said she was sad, disappointed and angry after learning her husband, Huseyin Celil, was found guilty of taking part in terrorist activities. She said Ottawa should take action against the Chinese government.
"You know first of all kick them out, kick them out — Chinese ambassador — and if they don't recognize again his citizenship, if they don't listen to Canadian government, if they don't deal with the Canadian government in that case, close the door to China," she said.
LOL, I almost laugh to death.
Which media? Next time they can go to the kindergarten to do interviews.

You go back to China then, it's the rising super-power, Canada does not need so many chinese people who can not speak english and share little value even in 10 years!, Actually, when you look around, chinese are NOT welcome everywhere in the world, they just could not get it, shameful!! make lots of countries upset when people see cheap chinese stuff flooded everywhere from New York to Toronto to Italy, and they never speak local language and get localized, and china town is always the dirtiest place
Who do you think you are? You are not Chinese, are you? If you are Chinese, it is a shame that you tried your best to disgrace your motherland! Your parents and your ancestors should have been ashamed of having you, such a bastard, in their families! Shame on you!
