OpenTable 加拿大2016 百家最佳餐馆出炉

圣诞节和新年将至，由OpenTable Canada 评出的2016年加拿大100家最佳餐馆来得正是时候！

OpenTable 是一个网络订餐网站，宣称评选结果是根据480,000条评论所归纳总结出来，评选主要标准有两大条：一是食物本身，再是服务态度。

如果从百家餐馆的省区分布来看，安省当仁不让地独占鳌头，共45家餐馆入选；其次是卑诗，24家；阿省18家；魁省11家；曼省（Manitoba）则有2家。

如果从城市来看，则是多伦多排第一，共35家；温哥华其次，21家；卡尔加里12家；安省著名旅游城市Niagara-on-the-Lake 6家；阿省Edmonton 5家；安省Oakville也有2家。

很遗憾萨省（Saskatchewan）和大西洋省份无一家餐厅上榜。但OpenTable 在今年9月的排名中将萨斯克通（ Saskatoon）的Little Grouse on the Prairie列为加拿大美食家百佳餐厅（100 Best Restaurants for Foodies in Canada）之一；另外一家称为Chop in Regina的牛排店则被列入加拿大50家最佳牛排店（50 best steakhouses in Canada）之一。

至于大西洋省份，也有餐馆被其它的评选中名列前茅：如爱德华王子岛（Prince Edward Island ）的Fireworks 被enRoute杂志列为十佳餐厅第三名；而哈利法克斯（Halifax）的Highwayman 则列第九。

根据OpenTable Canada的报告，今年最受美食家们欢迎的是意大利菜，加拿大本地菜其次，法国菜式第三，再是日本餐、美国、西班牙及地中海菜式也很流行。

文中没有特别提到中餐，但是多伦多市中心的客家菜馆Dailo，以及华裔名厨李国纬开的Lee餐厅皆榜上有名。
